It was a Gala soft opening of Sanur's
newest classy restaurant and bar. Expatriates and tourist from Australia, America, New Zealand, Canada, Holland, Finland, Russia, Greece and Turkey joined local Indonesians to test the first samples of a unique cuisine for Sanur.
Greek and Turkish chefs along with
permanent Indonesia Head Chef Surnama and his crew prepared a
sampling of the new Mediterranean cuisine that will be offered .
The new colorful restaurant decor complete with brand new competition pool table ensures that Dining at Desiree's promises to be a big hit for Bali expatriates and tourists alike who seek more than the average quality bar found in Sanur.
The Owner and Manager Desiree is a 10
year resident of Sanur. She and her husband manage Emerald
Villas, Jade Villas and Golden Villas in Sanur.
She is also well know as the Bali cat lady for her unselfish rescue, rehabilitation and placement of over 200 Balinese cats that were discarded by their owners as babies. direct services between Sydney and Bali to four times weekly
