You wonder why anyone has a travel alert for Bali when you consider who is coming here this month.
According to reliable published information many Asian Leaders and Ministers coming here for the A.S.E.A.N meeting Oct 7 & 8 th. Also many prominet Australians including prime Minster Howard  will be attending the anniversary of the Bali Bombing which occurred Oct 12 2002.
It is also reported that American president Mr. Bush will fly in for a  brief visit.
Surely if it is safe enough for the leaders of these two great countries to visit they should lift their travel warnings.
Are place such a New York any safer? Why is there no travel warning there.
At any rate we welcome these two leaders to our beautiful paradise. Maybe when they are here they will realize that they should lift the travel advisories.

How will new Visa Law Effect Bali Real Estate Prices”. The latest worries circling the expat and tourism community are predictions of “gloom and doom” when the new “visa on arrival” policy goes into effect, perhaps as early as three weeks from now. The doomsayers are now predicting that expatriates who have been living here on sixty-day tourist visas will leave in hoards. This may cause a drastic drop in home demand and services that fill their needs.

Stage one Complete
We are happy to announce that before the end of this month The first stage of Bali Golden Villas will be complete this month with the final construction of Villas 3 & 7.
Considering we only began construction and selling of these units in 20 months ago and had to overcome such advertise as Bombs, Wars and Sars we are very proud that we have reached this epic point.
