"I must say that I have worked with other agents but yours is the best !
Easy, but also very professional" Mr. T. Healy, Germany News & Views that you
can use for profit or pleasure. First of all my wife, Desiree, our staff, their families, and I wish you and yours a very prosperous New Year. November Tourist arrivals highest ever: Bali has recovered substantially form the decline in business after the October 2002 bombing. In fact our prediction of higher tourists arrivals for October and November were underestimated. Over 97,435 tourists arrived in Bali in October which was 20 % than last year. November arrivals at 85,853 was 174 % higher than last year and an amazing 15 % better than our best year ever in 2002. My wife and I were invited by General manger Mr. David Wilson and wife Jill to join them at the fabulous Bali Ritz Carlton for New Years Eve. According to David their hotel which has over 350 rooms was one hundred percent occupied until the first week of the new year. Then, as normal they taper off to 58% in early February. He stated "it is as good as it has ever been" After an uneventful Christmas and New Years (except for small earthquake far frrm the tourist areas) Bali's tourists have once again had another taste of paradise. Many are vowing to return to their countries and praise Bali which should generate even higher tourist arrivals in the future. Many of these tourists in the last few days are calling our office in regards to purchasing land, homes, and villas. Higher tourists arrivals equals higher demand for 2004. When you consider that our sales of villas and real-estate rose over 500 % from 2002 we can only anticipate substantially higher sales in 2004. We thank you for your trust and confidence through out the year and w look forward to an even better year in 2004. Now you have to make your New Years Resolutions. Many will resolve to spend more quality time with their families. Others will resolve to drink and eat less, and exercise
more. There is one major goal most of us will want to achieve in the next twelve months. That is to be better off financially a year from now then we are right now. “Money won’t buy you happiness”. More Information Earn more in 2004 |
